Refund Policy

If Mobytics does not work as described in our official documentation or marketing materials, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

How to Request a Refund:

Contact our support team at support@mobytics.com support portal within 30 days.
Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and a brief description of how the app failed to perform as described. Confirm the app has been uninstalled and access to its features terminated.


Processing:

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

Exclusions: • No refunds after 30 days.
